At Eraoil.in, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and on time. This Shipping and Delivery Policy outlines our shipping timelines, charges, and other related information to help you shop with confidence.


1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship orders across India.
For international shipping inquiries, please contact us at support@eraoil.in.


2. Shipping Timeframes

Order Processing:

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Estimated Delivery Time:

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 4–7 business days
  • Remote or Rural Areas: 7–10 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, courier delays, or regional restrictions.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: FREE on all prepaid orders above ₹499
  • For orders below ₹499, a flat shipping fee of ₹50 will be applied.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may include an additional fee of ₹30.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with:

  • Tracking number
  • Courier service details
  • A direct tracking link (if available)

You can also log in to your account at https://www.eraoil.in to track your order status.


5. Delayed or Undelivered Orders

While we strive to meet our delivery timelines, delays may occur due to:

  • Incorrect shipping address
  • Unavailability of recipient
  • Courier partner delays
  • Natural disasters or lockdowns

If your order is significantly delayed or hasn’t arrived within 10 business days, please contact us at support@eraoil.in with your order number.


6. Delivery Attempt

Our courier partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts. If the order is not received or accepted, it will be returned to us. Additional delivery charges may apply for re-shipment.


7. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If you receive a package that appears to be damaged or tampered with, please:

  • Do not accept the package
  • Take photos of the package
  • Contact us immediately at support@eraoil.in

We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund, as applicable.
