Cancellation and Refund

At Eraoil.in, we aim to provide our customers with high-quality products and a hassle-free shopping experience. Please read our Cancellation and Refund Policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.


1. Order Cancellation

Before Shipment:

  • You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it or before it is shipped, whichever is earlier.
  • To request a cancellation, please email us or call with your order details.
  • If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

After Shipment:

  • Once the product is shipped, the order cannot be canceled. However, you may still be eligible for a return as outlined in our Return Policy.

2. Return and Exchange

We accept returns under the following conditions:

Eligible Products:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • The return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Eligible Products:

  • Products that are opened, used, or damaged after delivery.
  • Items sold during special promotions or clearance sales (unless defective or damaged).
  • Perishable or consumable items (e.g., oils) that have been tampered with.

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at support@eraoil.in with your order number, reason for return, and supporting images if applicable.
  2. Our support team will guide you through the return process.
  3. Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or delivered incorrectly.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed under the following terms:

  • Approved refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
  • The refund will be made to the original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, etc.).
  • If the payment was made via COD (Cash on Delivery), we will request bank details for processing the refund.

Note: It may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.


4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will either replace the product or offer a full refund based on the situation.
