1. Order Cancellation
Before Shipment:
- You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it or before it is shipped, whichever is earlier.
- To request a cancellation, please email us or call with your order details.
- If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
After Shipment:
- Once the product is shipped, the order cannot be canceled. However, you may still be eligible for a return as outlined in our Return Policy.
2. Return and Exchange
We accept returns under the following conditions:
Eligible Products:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- The return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
Non-Eligible Products:
- Products that are opened, used, or damaged after delivery.
- Items sold during special promotions or clearance sales (unless defective or damaged).
- Perishable or consumable items (e.g., oils) that have been tampered with.
To initiate a return:
- Contact us at support@eraoil.in with your order number, reason for return, and supporting images if applicable.
- Our support team will guide you through the return process.
- Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or delivered incorrectly.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed under the following terms:
- Approved refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
- The refund will be made to the original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, etc.).
- If the payment was made via COD (Cash on Delivery), we will request bank details for processing the refund.
Note: It may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect
Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will either replace the product or offer a full refund based on the situation.
